White Circle is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. The platform centers on policies—simple natural-language rules that define what an AI model should and shouldn't do—which are automatically tested, enforced, and continuously improved at scale. The company has raised $11M from top-tier funds and leaders from OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, DeepMind, Datadog, and Sentry, processes over 100 million API calls monthly, and fine-tunes its own LLMs for superior performance and cost efficiency.
As Content Lead, you will own White Circle's content strategy and editorial direction. Key responsibilities include turning customer conversations into case studies and reference materials; interviewing customers, partners, founders, and engineers to uncover shareable insights; writing and publishing long-form content across Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, X, and the company website; developing both technical and non-technical content explaining AI safety, evaluation, governance, and reliability; creating launch narratives for new products, features, and research; working closely with the GTM team to support sales and market positioning; helping founders maintain a consistent public voice across LinkedIn, X, conferences, and other channels; building repeatable processes for content creation, publication, and distribution; and experimenting with new formats and channels to reach technical audiences.
You will work in a small, highly focused team where you can work deeply on hard problems, see your work ship to production quickly, and influence how AI safety is actually built.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional writing ability
- Ability to take complex technical topics and explain them clearly without oversimplifying
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to independently identify what is worth publishing
- Experience creating content for technical audiences
- Comfort interviewing executives, engineers, researchers, and customers
- Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on writing
- Fluency in English
PLUS (desirable):
- Engineering, computer science, or technical background
- Track record of building an audience through writing
- Prior experience at a developer tools, AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise software company
- Demonstrated content that materially influenced product adoption, company positioning, or revenue generation
