Visoid is a web-based architectural visualization platform founded in 2023 that has achieved rapid growth, serving customers in 120+ countries including major firms like Nordic, Leo A Daly, and S+A. The company has raised €3M+ from Nordic investors and operates as a product-led growth company with 12 employees across 10 nationalities.
As Content Lead, you will own all content strategy and execution for Visoid's global awareness and user acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities include: creating and managing all visual content across platforms; producing engaging social media content (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) that drives awareness and conversion; leading and managing the content team to maintain brand consistency and strategic alignment; and running the Creator Program by recruiting, managing, and guiding external creators who promote Visoid across platforms.
You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and growth teams to translate user insights into compelling content that simplifies complex architectural visualization concepts. The role demands a self-starter with startup agility who can independently prioritize high-impact tasks, move fast, and adapt to shifting priorities in a growing organization.
Required qualifications: 3+ years in content, marketing, or brand with proven track record of driving measurable awareness/engagement; experience leading or managing creators; hands-on content creation experience on Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn; proficiency with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve); ability to simplify complex concepts through storytelling; understanding of social platform algorithms and organic reach dynamics; comfort in startup environments; strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Optional but valued: background in architecture/design; software company commercial experience; knowledge of generative AI tools; personal social media presence. The company prioritizes candidates already in Oslo or with existing Norwegian work rights and willingness to relocate.
