CodeRabbit is a leading AI code review platform trusted by 17,000+ customers and 150,000 open-source projects, processing over 2 million code reviews weekly. The company recently closed a $143M Series C at a $1.5B valuation and is building Agentic Change Management—a control layer for software changes created by humans and AI. The Scaled Success team manages the health of a tens-of-thousands-strong customer base, with most customers self-serving through guides and setup flows. This role owns the self-service content engine that drives customer success. You will own the knowledge base backlog, ranked by ticket volume and support data, closing gaps customers encounter most frequently and retiring stale articles. You'll build and maintain a play library of setup guides, configuration walkthroughs, and feature adoption content delivered via automated campaigns to the right accounts at the right moments. You'll also create lifecycle email content—onboarding sequences, save flows, and win-back tracks—in collaboration with the success program manager. Your responsibilities include measuring content performance through click-through rates from campaigns, ticket deflection by category, and adoption movement against control groups. You'll maintain the docs workflow in markdown and git, keeping it clean enough for team contributions. In your first quarter, you'll rank the knowledge base backlog using ticket data and ship the top gaps, deliver launch content for initial automated campaign cycles, and establish a content performance readout tracking clicks, deflection, and adoption movement on the team's measurement cadence. You bring 3+ years of technical writing or developer enablement experience for developer-facing products. You can read configuration files, run setup flows hands-on, and write guides from direct experience. You work fluently in docs-as-code workflows with markdown, git, and review cycles. You prioritize work from data—support tickets, search queries, and click behavior inform your content roadmap. You measure what you publish and iterate or retire underperforming content. Nice-to-have skills include experience writing for code review, CI/CD, or developer tooling; lifecycle email marketing automation platform experience; familiarity with AI tooling; and short-form video or interactive tutorial production.
