This Manager role reports to the Director of Brand & Public Relations and leads content and thought leadership initiatives to enhance Thunes' global narrative and support growth. Key responsibilities include executing the global content strategy across multiple formats (blogs, case studies, white papers, social media, webinars, video, podcasts), developing high-quality, data-driven content aligned with brand messaging and target audiences, and managing the content calendar to ensure timely delivery across campaigns and product launches.
A critical focus is identifying and implementing AI tools to optimize content development, production, and scalability—driving adoption to improve quality, speed, consistency, and performance metrics. The role requires close collaboration with sales and product teams to craft relevant content for target accounts, working with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive production, and measuring content performance across platforms using KPIs to refine strategy.
Additional responsibilities include developing client-facing materials showcasing solutions and customer success stories, collaborating with partners on joint content campaigns, and establishing thought leadership positioning for Thunes in the fintech and global payments landscape.
