Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services work through frontier agentic AI, enterprise-grade infrastructure, and deep domain expertise. This role owns the content and programming strategy for Harvey FORUM, the company's flagship global conference series that convenes legal leaders to explore how AI and new operating models are reshaping the profession. You will shape the complete attendee experience across every program touchpoint: executive narrative, speaker lineup, session design, and editorial standards. This spans keynotes, breakout sessions, partner-led content, and activations—all coordinated as one coherent program. The role sits at the intersection of content strategy, product marketing, and executive engagement, driving customer and prospect engagement while showcasing Harvey's products. Key responsibilities include curating the full agenda to ensure every session aligns with strategic goals; project managing the product keynote end-to-end with Product and Product Marketing teams; sourcing and preparing speakers from outreach through rehearsal; partnering with Customer Engagement to develop compelling customer stories; coordinating evening entertainment and activations; building systems, trackers, and playbooks that scale across editions and geographies; analyzing post-event data to inform future strategy; delivering status updates to leadership; and coordinating cross-functionally with Production, Marketing, and Enablement. You bring 7+ years in events, content, or programming roles with exposure to flagship conferences. You have proven experience developing world-class content for large in-person events, managing speakers directly, and distilling complex priorities into narratives that resonate with senior stakeholders. You're a strategic thinker who processes information quickly, makes fast decisions, and builds processes from scratch. You excel at cross-functional partnership with Product, Marketing, Creative, and executive leadership while maintaining tight timelines. Strong project management skills allow you to run multiple high-profile events and concurrent workstreams without losing detail. You're process-oriented, comfortable building trackers and documentation that bring structure to fast-moving programs. You demonstrate high ownership, professionalism, sound judgment under ambiguity, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a sharp editorial eye.
