Veeva Systems is a mission-driven, public benefit corporation and pioneer in industry cloud for life sciences. This hybrid role is based in Osaka and supports the implementation and adoption of Veeva Link, a cloud platform helping pharmaceutical and biotech companies manage key stakeholder relationships and commercial data.
You will work with both large pharmaceutical companies and small biotech firms to drive Link adoption and embed it into their daily business processes. Key responsibilities include supporting customer implementation of Link best practices, conducting tailored training sessions, managing stakeholder relationships, and answering technical questions. You'll work closely with Japan and Global teams to ensure customer success by driving business value and maximizing user adoption.
Specific duties include developing and nurturing relationships with customer key stakeholders, collaborating with Lead Technical Consultants on data integration into Veeva/Vault CRM, driving change management initiatives, training end users, reporting on Link adoption metrics and health checks, and responding to customer queries. You'll stay current with the latest Veeva Link solutions (Link Key People, Link Medical Insight, Link AI) and deliver demo presentations to customers. You'll also contribute to presales activities, leveraging your expertise as part of a collaborative team.
Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in medical, commercial, data analytics, or other life sciences industry roles. Proficiency in both Japanese and English is essential. You must demonstrate excellent customer-facing skills, strong relationship-building abilities, ambition for high-quality work, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or Medical Representative (MR) with KOL management, experience delivering end-user training or presales/demo presentations, and project management capabilities.
