Jerry is building an AI-powered platform to simplify car ownership—from insurance to repairs to maintenance. With 5M+ users and $240M+ in funding, the company is expanding rapidly and is now profitable.
As Community Specialist, you'll own Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok—the platforms where car owners actually congregate and seek advice. Your mission is to represent Jerry authentically, build trust, and participate meaningfully in existing communities rather than simply broadcast marketing messages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and growing Jerry's presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
- Developing a playbook for how Jerry shows up in each community: when to post, reply, or listen
- Growing Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities
- Creating a content and engagement strategy that scales without losing authenticity, leveraging AI where appropriate
- Collaborating with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across channels
- Measuring impact through sentiment analysis, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations
You're a platform native who dislikes corporate-speak and writes with a tone that earns upvotes. You have 3+ years of community management or organic social experience, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing regulated categories. You're a strategic operator who builds systems—understanding SEO and how LLMs cite sources. You excel at making "boring" or "stressful" categories feel human and worth following. You're a patient, long-game player who values organic trust over quick PR wins.
