Jerry is building an AI-powered platform to simplify car ownership—from insurance and repairs to maintenance and resale. With 5M+ customers and $240M+ in funding, the company is expanding beyond cars into home, motorcycle, and RV management. As Community Specialist, you'll own Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok—the platforms where car owners actually congregate and seek advice. Your mission is to represent Jerry authentically, build trust, and participate meaningfully in existing communities rather than simply broadcast marketing messages. Key responsibilities include: - Building and growing Jerry's presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok with authentic, platform-native content - Developing a playbook for how Jerry shows up in each community: when to post, reply, or listen - Growing Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities - Creating a content and engagement strategy that scales without sacrificing authenticity, leveraging AI where appropriate - Collaborating with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across channels - Measuring impact through sentiment analysis, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation tracking You're someone who writes with a natural voice that earns upvotes and moves fluidly across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora. You have 3+ years of community management or organic social experience, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing regulated categories. You're a strategic operator who builds systems and understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources. You excel at making complex or stressful topics feel human and worth following. You play the long game, valuing organic trust over quick PR wins.
