Pear Suite is an early-stage digital health company building software for community-based care. The care navigation platform equips community health workers, doulas, care navigators, and supporting organizations with tools to collect, visualize, and act on social determinants of health data. The company partners with community-based organizations, health systems, and government-funded care programs to deliver coordinated, person-centered care.
As Community Marketing Specialist, you will own the development of Pear Suite's Community Health Worker (CHW) community across the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition and activation through retention and engagement. You will collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to create meaningful experiences for CHWs, community-based organizations (CBOs), payers, and healthcare organizations.
Key responsibilities include:
Community Growth & Acquisition: Develop and execute acquisition strategies across organic, referral, partnership, influencer, and paid channels. Grow strategic segments aligned with business priorities, including CHWs, CBOs, payers, and healthcare organizations. Manage CHW sourcing initiatives and optimize acquisition performance through data-driven insights. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and community health behaviors to continuously improve strategy.
Customer Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing: Partner with Marketing Communications to build and optimize activation, education, and retention strategies across the CHW journey. Manage CRM lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot to onboard, activate, educate, and re-engage CHW customers. Develop community initiatives that activate ambassadors through webinars, newsletters, events, and educational campaigns.
