SpAItial is pioneering Physically-grounded World Models, a new AI paradigm that generates and reasons about the appearance and physics of real and imagined environments. The company is moving beyond 2D pixels to build models that natively understand world geometry, with applications across robotics, AR/VR, gaming, and cinema. You will serve as the 3D Content Creator & Social Lead, responsible for translating raw model outputs, product features, and research breakthroughs into compelling 3D prototypes, video content, launch films, tutorials, and stories for a broad audience. This is a hands-on creative role where you will own SpAItial's organic social presence across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube—determining what gets published, how it looks and sounds, publishing cadence, and audience growth strategy. Key responsibilities include: - Own and grow the company's social presence by running organic channels across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, managing the content calendar, copy, publishing cadence, and channel quality. Develop repeatable content series and lightweight production systems, then use performance and community signals to iterate on concepts and distribution. - Create 3D content by identifying compelling ideas in the company's models and products, exploring outputs, choosing strong viewpoints and sequences, and turning them into clean captures and understandable stories. - Produce video and tutorials, including weekly short-form clips, product demos, launch films, showreels, behind-the-scenes pieces, and instructional content. - Prototype new use cases by imagining what 3D foundation models can enable, then building quick prototypes with agents and emerging tools. Explore new creative workflows, products, and interaction methods with generated worlds; coding is welcome but not required. - Manage and grow the community by responding to comments and messages, moderating conversations, highlighting community work, building creator relationships, surfacing product feedback, and helping run creator programs, workshops, and jams. You will work directly with researchers and product engineers, gaining early access to new models and transforming rough outputs into polished, memorable artifacts. The company values what you have made and the audience you have built over where you have worked. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of professional experience in 3D content creation, creative technology, video production, social content, or similar role. - An impressive reel demonstrating clean, polished 3D videos, captures, and prototypes that you created yourself. - Proven track record of growing an audience or earning meaningful engagement through your own work or channels you have managed. - Strong visual judgment for 3D content; ability to choose what to show, frame it clearly, and transform model output into easily understood content. - Confident video production skills including screen and in-world capture, editing, sound, captions, and delivery for different social formats. - High ownership and comfort with ambiguity; ability to create the brief, make the work, publish it, and improve the process. NICE TO HAVE: - Hands-on experience with 3D scanning, photogrammetry, Gaussian splats, neural rendering, generative 3D, or world models. - Experience with Blender, Unreal, Unity, PlayCanvas, or similar 3D tools; Three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, scripting, or interactive coding. - Experience creating for AR, XR, Vision Pro, Quest, WebXR, or mobile spatial experiences. - Existing audience in 3D, VFX, games, film, design, AI, or spatial computing. - Experience working directly with research or engineering teams to turn unfinished technology into clear public stories. - Experience managing online communities, building creator relationships, or running community programs, workshops, hackathons, or live events. - Strong visual design skills across typography, layout, color, and motion.
