Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time and preventing fraud. The company is hiring a Community Manager to build and operate the Socure Intelligence Community—a curated network of fraud, identity, and risk leaders who collaborate to share attack patterns, emerging threats, and response strategies.
In this builder role with real ownership, you'll work closely with the Head of Executive & Community Engagement to grow the network, shape member experience, and ensure consistent value delivery. You'll lead both in-person and virtual events, build direct relationships with senior leaders, and synthesize conversations into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include identifying and recruiting high-caliber members while maintaining strict quality standards; designing and executing high-impact experiences that drive meaningful participation and repeat engagement; capturing insights from community conversations and synthesizing them into clear themes; owning the community platform, communications, and day-to-day operations; and sharing insights across marketing, sales, product, and strategy teams to inform strategic decisions.
Success is measured by building a trusted, highly engaged network of senior leaders with consistent participation, generating insights that influence go-to-market and strategic decisions, developing strong relationships with key operators, and demonstrating clear impact on brand, strategic accounts, and pipeline.
You bring 5–8 years of experience building or scaling communities, executive programs, or high-touch customer experiences. You're proactive and resourceful with a bias toward action and a proven track record of execution. You're a confident communicator comfortable engaging senior leaders, a strong operator with attention to detail and follow-through. Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or fraud and risk is a plus. You're curious, energetic, and excel at connecting people and ideas.
The role is hybrid based in Miami, FL (with alternative hubs in NYC or San Francisco available).
