Salary: USD 40,000 - 60,000 / annual
Mighty Networks is seeking a Community Manager to oversee ongoing community management for multiple Mighty Pro Hosts simultaneously. This role is critical to ensuring each community operates smoothly and grows through valuable, memorable member experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Joining the onboarding process for new Mighty Pro Hosts, learning their brand voice and audience, and aligning on communication workflows and expectations
- Setting up and managing communities, online courses, challenges, and events for Mighty Pro Networks
- Executing monthly themes, weekly activity calendars, and daily engagement initiatives in partnership with the Mighty Pro team and Hosts
- Creating high-quality, branded content at scale—newsletters, educational resources, member spotlights—adapted to each Host's unique voice
- Welcoming new members and providing exceptional support throughout their journey, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Guiding members to relevant community areas using automations to enhance experience
- Supporting live events and challenges through logistics coordination, promotional materials, real-time moderation, and follow-up recaps
- Monitoring analytics and adapting execution to maintain high engagement, surfacing insights and trends
- Providing ongoing communication and reporting to Community Strategists and Mighty Pro Hosts
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing and content creation with a track record of driving engagement and growth
- Strong community management experience and excitement about emerging software and strategies
- Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to adapt tone and style across brands
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple communities simultaneously
- Passion for community building with empathy and curiosity to build relationships
- Confidence hosting community calls and representing Host brands
- Data-driven approach to measuring and improving community health
- Proactive, consistent communication and relationship management skills
