Jerry is building the first AI agent to manage all your physical assets, starting with car insurance and expanding into home, motorcycle, and RV coverage. With 5M+ customers, $240M+ raised, and profitability since 2024, Jerry is transforming how Americans manage car ownership—a category stuck in the 90s despite being 20% of household income.
As Community Manager, you'll own Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok—the places customers actually congregate. Rather than traditional social media management, you'll build authentic communities and participate genuinely in existing conversations where car insurance and ownership are discussed.
Key responsibilities include: building and growing Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities; developing a playbook for how to show up authentically on each platform (when to post, reply, or stay silent); creating a content and engagement strategy that scales without losing authenticity; collaborating with Growth and Content teams on cross-channel consistency; and measuring impact through sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.
You're a platform native who writes with a tone that earns upvotes and moves naturally across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora. You have 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing regulated categories. You're a strategic operator who builds systems—understanding SEO and how LLMs cite sources. You've proven you can make "boring" or "stressful" categories feel human, authentic, and worth following. You're a patient, long-game player who values organic trust over quick PR wins.
Jerry is fully remote with offices in Palo Alto, New York, Chicago, and Toronto. The company offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off, paid parental leave, 401(k) with matching, wellness benefits, and equity opportunities.
