Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) is seeking a Community Manager to build and scale community programs that drive engagement, advocacy, and customer connection. You'll work at the intersection of community, marketing, and customer experience, cultivating relationships with ambassadors, customers, and industry professionals.
Key responsibilities include owning and executing community programs that drive engagement and retention; recruiting, onboarding, and supporting community members; planning and facilitating virtual events, workshops, and challenges; managing community platforms like Slack and Common Room; partnering with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Communications teams to collect feedback and surface insights; creating content and campaigns that encourage participation; analyzing community health metrics and program performance; building scalable processes and documentation; and helping establish community best practices.
You'll need 2–5 years of experience in community management, customer advocacy, ambassador programs, or related fields. Required skills include experience building and scaling ambassador, advocacy, or B2B communities; managing online platforms like Slack or Common Room; designing and executing virtual events and engagement programs; strong project management and organizational abilities; cross-functional collaboration experience; excellent written and verbal communication; analytical skills with community metrics and engagement data; ability to gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations; and a passion for creating inclusive, welcoming community experiences.
