E2B is a Series A startup with $37M in funding and 8-figure revenue, building the Agent Cloud infrastructure powering AI labs and widely-used consumer and enterprise agents. The company works with leading AI teams including Manus, Genspark, Lindy, ClickUp, Groq, and Artificial Analysis. As Community & Events Marketing Manager, you will own E2B's developer community across Discord, GitHub, forums, and in-person meetups. You'll build a portfolio of technical, high-intent events including workshops, hands-on builds, technical dinners, hackathons, and ecosystem activations. This role bridges community engagement with qualified pipeline generation—you'll work closely with Growth Engineering, Sales, and Content to identify high-intent accounts, route opportunities, and measure program ROI. Key responsibilities include: managing community programming and moderation across all channels; producing technical events with clear conversion targets; defining the handoff from community/event engagement to Sales with qualification criteria and SLAs; developing ecosystem programs with agent frameworks and infrastructure partners; mapping community activity to company accounts using product signals; tracking event-sourced opportunities, cost per accepted opportunity, and pipeline contribution; running disciplined experiments to test event formats against defined targets; and bringing structured qualitative feedback into product and go-to-market decisions. You'll need 3–6 years in community, field marketing, events, or developer marketing for technical products. Required: experience running events with real budgets and measurable pipeline/revenue targets (not just attendance); track record building technical communities across Discord, GitHub, forums, meetups, or conferences; strong program-management skills across multiple event formats and vendors; comfort with metrics and experimentation; credibility with developers (not necessarily an engineer, but fluent in technical audiences); and strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Growth, Content, and Product teams. Nice-to-have: experience marketing infrastructure, developer tools, open-source, or AI products; familiarity with the AI-agent ecosystem; experience connecting community identities to CRM accounts or product-qualified leads; existing relationships in developer communities or AI infrastructure; and technical content creation or workshop facilitation experience. E2B operates with 4 days on-site, 1 day WFH from San Francisco and Prague offices. Benefits include healthcare, vision, dental insurance, unlimited PTO, and 401k.
