Jerry is building an AI agent to manage car ownership—from insurance to repairs to maintenance. With 5M+ customers and $240M+ in funding, Jerry is expanding rapidly and has been profitable since 2024. The Community Engagement Coordinator will represent Jerry authentically across organic social channels where car owners actually congregate: Reddit, Quora, TikTok, and YouTube. This role owns building and growing Jerry's presence in these communities, developing a playbook for how to show up in each channel, and growing Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities. Key responsibilities include: - Build and grow organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok - Develop Jerry's community strategy: when to post, reply, and stay silent - Grow Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities - Build a content and engagement strategy that scales without losing authenticity, leveraging AI where helpful - Collaborate with Growth and Content teams for consistency - Measure impact: sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation You are a platform native who dislikes corporate-speak and writes with a tone that earns upvotes. You have 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or consumer-facing regulated categories. You're a strategic operator who builds systems, not just vibes—you understand SEO and how LLMs cite sources. You excel at making "boring" or "stressful" categories feel human and authentic. You're a patient, long-game player who values organic trust over quick PR wins. Jerry is fully remote with offices in Palo Alto, New York, Chicago, and Toronto. Hiring is restricted to candidates in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
