Jerry is building an AI agent to manage car ownership—from insurance to repairs to selling. With 5M+ customers and $240M+ in funding, the company is expanding rapidly. You'll join as Community Engagement Coordinator to represent Jerry authentically across Reddit, Quora, TikTok, and YouTube, where customers actually congregate.
You'll own Jerry's organic presence on these platforms, developing a playbook for how to show up in each community with authenticity rather than corporate messaging. Your responsibilities include building and growing Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities; developing content and engagement strategies that scale without losing authenticity; working with Growth and Content teams for consistency; and measuring impact through sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.
You're a platform native who dislikes corporate-speak and writes with a tone that earns upvotes. You have 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing regulated categories. You're a strategic operator who builds systems, not just vibes—you understand SEO and how LLMs cite sources. You excel at making "boring" or "stressful" categories feel human and worth following. You're a patient, long-game player who values organic trust over quick PR wins.
Jerry is fully remote with offices in Palo Alto, New York, Chicago, and Toronto. The company has been profitable since 2024 and offers comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, paid time off, parental leave, 401(k) matching, and wellness benefits. Equity opportunities are part of the total rewards package.
