As Communications Lead for APAC, you will drive Mistral's communications strategy and execution across the Asia-Pacific region, shaping the company's narrative to customers, partners, media, and stakeholders. You will develop and execute a comprehensive 360° communications strategy aligned with business objectives, monitor industry trends and competitor activity, and measure program effectiveness using data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities include managing PR, social media, and corporate communications channels; leading media relations with journalists, analysts, and industry influencers; creating high-quality content including press releases, thought leadership, and social media materials; and supporting go-to-market efforts through strategic communications programs that drive awareness and business impact.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing, and regional leadership to ensure consistent messaging across all audiences. You'll prepare and coach regional executives for media engagements and speaking opportunities, develop messaging frameworks and media training programs, and act as a trusted communications advisor to regional and global stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record developing and executing integrated communications strategies in high-growth B2B technology or enterprise software companies. You should have strong understanding of the APAC technology landscape with established media and industry contacts across the region. Experience in AI or emerging technologies is highly desirable. You'll need exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong business acumen, demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders in complex organizations, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity.
