Notion is hiring a Commercial Solutions Consultant to own the full customer lifecycle—from first meeting through workflow design, commercial close, implementation, expansion, and renewal. You'll be the single account owner for your book of business, responsible for ensuring credits sold translate into credits consumed. In this role, you'll design and build workflow solutions live with customers, treating discovery as a collaborative demo rather than a slide-deck presentation. You'll run discovery sessions, design current-to-future-state workflow architecture, and co-build solutions in Notion alongside the customer. You'll partner with Business Development Representatives on target account planning and co-own outbound motion for your accounts, running direct outreach to priority stakeholders. You'll navigate the full commercial cycle—sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security reviews—to close deals with appropriate scope, credits, and implementation paths. You'll guide customers through early implementation with clear adoption plans and hand off to Outcomes Architects for ongoing multi-workflow expansion. Throughout, you'll partner with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, adoption strategies, and renewal execution, owning the commercial arc while they drive day-to-day adoption. You'll need 1–3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers, with genuine comfort building live in software. Strong discovery and qualification instincts are essential, as is the ability to map customer workflows into commercial outcomes. You should be comfortable running complex, multi-stakeholder interactions including procurement and security reviews, and you operate with agency and urgency to bring new ideas to customers. You're obsessed with AI and constantly building with the newest tools. Nice-to-haves include full-cycle B2B software sales or solutions engineering experience with a track record of exceeding quota, familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models, prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity or collaboration software, and experience in shared account ownership models.
