Notion is hiring a Commercial Solutions Consultant for its Seoul office to own the full customer lifecycle for a book of mid-market business accounts. You'll be responsible for new logo acquisition, expansion, and renewal, acting as the single point of contact ensuring credits sold translate into credits consumed.
In this role, you'll design and build workflow solutions directly with customers through live discovery and co-building sessions in Notion—moving beyond slide decks to hands-on architecture design. You'll partner with Business Development Representatives on target account planning and co-own outbound motions, running direct outreach to priority stakeholders. You'll navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals with appropriate scope and implementation paths.
You'll guide customers through early implementation with clear adoption plans and handoff to Outcomes Architects for ongoing expansion. Throughout the customer journey, you'll partner with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, adoption strategies, and renewal execution while owning the commercial arc.
You'll need experience selling technical products to technical buyers in the mid-market segment (100–500 employees), with genuine technical fluency and comfort building live in software. Strong discovery and qualification instincts are essential, as is the ability to map customer workflows into commercial outcomes. You must handle complex, multi-stakeholder interactions including procurement and security reviews, operate with agency and urgency, and present simple solutions to complex problems.
Native or bilingual-level Korean fluency and business-level English proficiency are required. Nice-to-haves include full-cycle B2B software sales or solutions engineering experience with quota track records, familiarity with consumption-based pricing models, prior experience selling productivity or collaboration software, and experience in shared account ownership models.
