ClickHouse, a Forbes Cloud 100 company and leader in real-time analytics and data warehousing, is seeking an experienced Commercial Solutions Architect to expand its presence in Germany. The company has achieved 250% YoY ARR growth and recently closed a $400M Series D round, serving customers including Meta, Tesla, Sony, and Capital One.
In this role, you will serve as a technical thought leader and trusted advisor, bridging business objectives with scalable technical solutions. You'll work directly with stakeholders across all levels—from C-suite executives to data scientists and developers—to enable customer success and drive adoption of ClickHouse's serverless cloud product.
Key responsibilities include translating complex business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs covering architecture, migrations, workflows, and data visualization. You'll evangelize ClickHouse's vision and capabilities, lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, and create reference implementations that drive customer adoption. You'll also lead new initiatives helping customers transform raw data into actionable insights aligned with their business outcomes.
You bring 5+ years of experience with open source software business models and strong proficiency in cloud and infrastructure technologies. You have hands-on experience with scalable, highly available distributed systems and a proven ability to create POCs and reference implementations. Bonus experience includes deploying applications or selling into AWS, GCP, or Azure environments, and familiarity with database programming and data modeling.
