Aescape is a robotics and AI-powered wellness company transforming recovery through intelligent, precision bodywork. The company has deployed 100+ adaptive body therapy systems across elite fitness, hospitality, and wellness destinations including Equinox, Life Time, Marriott, and Hilton, backed by Valor Equity Partners, BroadLight Capital, and Mecha Ventures. This is a performance-driven marketing role embedded directly on the Revenue team. You will function as the engine connecting marketing activity to pipeline generation and closed revenue. This is explicitly not a traditional brand or corporate marketing role—it is a demand generation and sales enablement position. Key responsibilities include: • Content Creation: Leverage brand assets and AI tools to create and customize content for web, email, and social channels. • Campaign Execution: Write, build, and deploy outbound email campaigns, nurture sequences, and sales enablement materials (one-pagers, case studies, follow-up templates). • Event Marketing: Own pre-event outreach, on-site lead capture strategy, and post-event nurture sequences to convert attendees into pipeline. • Performance Tracking: Oversee CRM management, build and maintain lead lists, and report on campaign performance and event ROI. • Sales Alignment: Participate in daily and weekly sales syncs to review lead quality, gather feedback, refine follow-up cadences, and make real-time campaign adjustments based on field input. Success is measured by lead volume, multi-touch engagement across the lead base, and measurable pipeline sourced and influenced by integrated campaigns. REQUIREMENTS: • 3–5 years of experience in growth, demand generation, sales enablement, or integrated campaign execution (not broad brand strategy) • Sales-embedded mindset; treat the sales team as your primary partner and measure success by leads generated and nurtured • Hands-on email and marketing automation skills with direct experience in platforms like Salesforce or Pardot • Ability to write copy, build email workflows, and execute sends independently • Strategic event support capability; ability to equip sales with pre-event and post-event materials • AI-forward mindset; curiosity about new tools and willingness to experiment with content creation and messaging tools • Analytical and metric-driven approach; comfort preparing, reviewing, and sharing campaign performance data • Bonus: Experience in hardware, wellness, commercial real estate, hospitality, or channel/reseller sales motions
