As Commercial Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 60 commercial accounts, with primary focus on 30+ enterprise organizations. You will serve as the strategic partner and primary executive interface for high-impact accounts, driving product adoption, maximizing client ROI, and championing customer needs internally to shape the technology roadmap.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining deep partnerships with C-suite and key stakeholders across your account portfolio
- Partnering with internal deployment and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and rapid time-to-value for enterprise clients
- Leading comprehensive training sessions and educating clients on new features, Agentic AI updates, and industry best practices
- Proactively monitoring account health and usage data to identify risks early and resolve escalations before they impact client experience
- Driving the end-to-end renewal cycle and identifying strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales
- Acting as the primary internal bridge between enterprise clients and Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Structuring, preparing, and delivering high-impact quarterly Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) that demonstrate measurable business value and operational ROI
The role is fully in-office at LVT's headquarters in American Fork, Utah, with up to 30% travel required for quarterly Executive Business Reviews at key client sites.
