Salary: EUR 120,000 - 160,000 / annual

As a Commercial Account Executive for the DACH region, you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a sales pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects. Your responsibilities include: • Building and managing a territory strategy in the German-speaking and CEMEA markets • Driving inbound and outbound leads through complex B2B SaaS sales cycles to closure • Prospecting existing accounts to identify upsell opportunities based on usage and feature adoption • Generating new business through self-driven outbound meetings and network leverage • Collaborating with sales development, solutions engineers, customer success, and marketing teams • Creating compelling product demonstrations and ROI studies with pre-sales support • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management • Working with external partners (solution integrators, consultancies, ISVs) to source new projects You should have 2-4 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or MarTech sales, with a strong hunter mindset and proven outbound prospecting skills. Fluency in German and English is essential; Polish or Czech is a plus. You thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments, think strategically about territory development, and take ownership of your success. Experience with partner ecosystems is highly valued.
