Miro is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join its high-performing sales team in Amsterdam, targeting the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market. You will own the full sales cycle for landing new customers in the 500–3,000 employee segment and driving expansion within existing accounts. This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales role ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about helping mid-market companies unlock innovation through Miro's visual workspace platform. Key responsibilities include prospecting and engaging high-potential prospects using Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong; building and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities; demonstrating Miro's value through consultative, needs-based selling; developing trust with senior decision-makers; closing deals efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; and collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to optimize customer expansion. You will also stay informed on industry trends and competitive positioning to position Miro as the solution of choice. Required qualifications: 2+ years in SaaS or technology sales (full-cycle closing or sales development background); strong prospecting and communication skills; proficiency in value-based selling; familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools; results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset; ability to manage shorter sales cycles and high transaction volumes; and collaborative team orientation. Polish language skills are preferred, and CEE market experience is highly desirable.
