LangChain is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to join the growing go-to-market team. The company builds the foundation for agent engineering, offering a platform (LangSmith) and open-source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating AI agents at scale. With $125M in Series B funding from top-tier investors (IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, Sapphire Ventures), LangChain has achieved significant traction: 100M+ monthly open-source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and adoption across 35% of the Fortune 500, including Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
In this role, you will support the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, with strong attention to follow-up and execution. You'll build relationships with prospects and customers at SMB, mid-market, and small-enterprise accounts, understanding their needs and demonstrating how LangChain's products solve real problems. You'll work alongside experienced sales, engineering, and customer success professionals in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Success requires 3+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (SaaS or tech preferred), with at least 1+ year closing SMB, commercial, and mid-market deals. You should have a strong track record of sourcing, qualifying, and closing outbound deals, an execution mindset that thrives in urgency, curiosity about cutting-edge GenAI technology, and resourcefulness in solving problems and moving initiatives forward.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, variable compensation, meaningful equity, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, flexible vacation, 401(k), life insurance). The role is based in San Francisco or New York.
