Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive net-new sales and expansion within the Commercial segment, targeting mid-market companies with 250-4,999 employees. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, with a focus on landing the Go AI platform as the primary entry point while driving multi-product revenue across Go, Mail, and the broader Superhuman ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include building and managing pipeline across net-new prospects and existing customers, identifying expansion and upsell opportunities to drive incremental ARR. You will develop executive relationships and multi-thread across buying committees—from end users to CIOs and procurement—to build enterprise-wide consensus. You'll navigate complex deal cycles involving legal reviews, security questionnaires, and multi-stakeholder approval chains.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions and drive post-sale adoption. As an early-stage enterprise motion pioneer, you'll establish the processes, positioning, and deal structures that become the foundation for future Commercial Account Executives.
Required qualifications: 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years closing commercial deals (250-4,999 employee companies). Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota with experience managing deal sizes of $50K+ ACV. Strong ability to sell into complex organizations with multi-stakeholder buying committees and long sales cycles. Multi-product selling instincts, excellent discovery skills, and business acumen to map organizational pain to product value. Comfort operating in an early-stage enterprise motion and familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Nice-to-have: experience selling AI productivity/collaboration software, working with product overlays or specialist sellers, selling into IT/Security/Procurement in regulated industries, or prior experience building enterprise sales functions at high-growth companies.
