Cyberhaven is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will prospect and develop qualified leads within the SMB segment, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, articulate Cyberhaven's data security value proposition to address customer challenges, drive pipeline creation through complex sales cycles, and negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. You'll develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Cyberhaven is building Data Security for the Agentic Enterprise. The company traces the full lifecycle of data, adapting protection to changing context so protection moves with how people actually work. Backed by $250M from leading investors including Khosla and Redpoint, the team includes leaders from CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Meta, Google, and other industry-defining companies.
You bring 3–5 years of B2B SMB sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS. You have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in competitive environments and a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and ransomware threats. You excel at communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, building trust and rapport with clients at all levels. You are self-motivated, results-driven, with a hunter mentality and proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms. You value being a builder—someone who has created, built, founded, designed, or owned something. You value the journey as much as the outcome, are a winner who loves achieving success alongside others, and demonstrate thoughtfulness, preparedness, and hard work. You navigate relationships well and empathize with others.
