Revolut, a fintech super app serving 75+ million customers globally, is seeking a Collateral Manager – Property Valuer to join its Credit team. The Credit team creates and scales lending features that power global growth, managing the entire product lifecycle from backend systems to customer-facing experiences.
In this role, you will oversee Revolut's internal real estate valuation framework and manage the panel of external property valuers. Your responsibilities include:
• Overseeing internal real estate valuation processes
• Reviewing the quality of valuation reports submitted by external property valuation companies
• Performing independent property valuations
• Advising and collaborating with other departments on real estate and valuation-related matters
• Analysing the real estate market and trends
• Supporting the creation of statistical models and collateral management systems
You will combine market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision to deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to the Dutch market and Revolut's regional lending operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Nederlands Register Vastgoed Taxateurs (NRVT) real estate valuer qualification (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Kadaster, EVS, NHG, NVM, VBO, and the Dutch housing market
• Strong understanding of real estate market specifics, legal regulations, and valuation standards
• Ability to evaluate real estate promptly and professionally
• Solid analytical thinking and ability to summarise information
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Quick, responsible, meticulous, proactive, and innovation-focused mindset
• Higher education degree
• Fluency in English and Dutch
