Coder is seeking a Cloud Partner Sales Manager to build and scale revenue through AWS partnerships, focusing on the Public Sector (Federal/SLED) and Eastern region. This is a build role centered on systematizing co-sell mechanics and shifting focus from reactive deal management to proactive pipeline generation.
Key responsibilities include: developing proactive account maps and territory plans with AWS across Public Sector and Eastern accounts; cultivating executive and field relationships with AWS account managers, solution architects, and partner leadership; designing and running joint programs (QBRs, enablement, co-marketing) that build lasting AWS champions; automating and streamlining reactive co-sell workflows (opportunity logging, ACE submission, deal tracking); owning AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced pipeline as a core metric; and representing Coder in ACE validation and partner reviews.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel sales with a track record of building programs; experience designing scalable, repeatable partner processes (playbooks, automation, tooling); hands-on AWS experience (account managers, solution architects, ACE, Marketplace, co-sell); comfort operating across Public Sector and commercial sales motions including government procurement cycles; proven ability to proactively generate pipeline through partner relationships; strong program-management instincts; understanding of complex sales processes and ability to build consensus across partner organizations; strong work ethic and startup agility; player/coach mentality.
Bonus experience: Developer Tooling, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure software background; growth-stage startup track record; prior AWS experience (PSM or similar); AWS Marketplace, ACE, or co-sell/private offer familiarity.
