Salary: USD 90,000 - 100,000 / annual

EnsoData is seeking a Clinical Solutions Specialist to serve as a clinical subject matter expert and customer-facing partner supporting both pre- and post-sale activities. The role combines clinical expertise with sales enablement, delivering high-quality product demonstrations, clinical training, and ongoing solution support to healthcare customers. Key responsibilities include delivering compelling, clinically accurate product demonstrations to prospective customers in partnership with Sales Account Executives, addressing clinical workflows and outcomes-related questions from clinicians and administrators. The specialist will conduct clinical onboarding and training sessions (virtual and in-person) for new customers, tailored to specific clinical roles and workflows, while developing and refining clinical training materials and enablement resources in collaboration with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. Post-implementation, the role provides ongoing clinical guidance, workflow optimization recommendations, and product usage insights. The specialist participates in customer check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and feedback loops to capture clinical insights and inform product improvements. Acting as the voice of the clinician internally, the specialist provides feedback to Product and Engineering teams on usability, workflow alignment, and feature needs, while supporting internal enablement by training Sales, Customer Success, and other teams on clinical use cases and product updates. Compliance is critical: the specialist ensures all customer-facing activities align with regulatory, compliance, and quality requirements applicable to medical devices and software as a medical device (SaMD) products, maintaining current knowledge of clinical best practices, industry standards, and relevant healthcare regulations. EnsoData develops waveform artificial intelligence technology to make healthcare more accurate, efficient, and affordable. The company's AI and machine learning software analyzes data from sensors to power solutions like EnsoSleep (FDA-cleared PSG and HSAT scoring) and EnsoHST (FDA-cleared AI-powered sleep diagnosis). The technology has potential applications across ICU monitoring, wearables, seizure detection, and early detection of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and Alzheimer's. The position is hybrid or remote, based in the West Territory (Madison, Wisconsin area preferred for MST/PST time zones). Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 OTE (base plus variable), with stock options, paid time off, and healthcare insurance.
