WelbeHealth is seeking a Clinical Recruiter specializing in rehabilitation talent acquisition to join their Talent Acquisition team in Los Angeles. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and rehabilitation positions, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and related roles in a high-volume healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and engaging passive rehabilitation candidates through multiple channels, managing candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation, and developing strong relationships with hiring managers and executives to understand departmental needs. You will design and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to hard-to-fill clinical roles, build employment brand presence across social media and recruitment platforms, and maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates.
The role requires serving as a strategic recruiting partner to senior leadership, advising on hiring decisions, and building executive search pipelines for future needs. You will work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment focused on connecting talented healthcare professionals with meaningful opportunities at WelbeHealth, which serves vulnerable seniors in rehabilitation settings.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience), minimum 3 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a performance-driven environment, and minimum 2 years specifically recruiting for rehabilitation clinical roles. Experience recruiting in high-volume clinical environments, prior agency recruiting combined with in-house experience, and demonstrated success managing stakeholder expectations are preferred. Strong sourcing, pipelining, relationship-building, and communication skills are essential.
