Spring Health is seeking a Clinical Instructional Designer to design and deliver clinical trainings to customers both virtually and in person. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Training, you will be dedicated to a Spring Health customer in a full-time, fully remote role with up to 30% travel for in-person training delivery. You will develop clinical content and training materials using modern instructional design techniques, including the ADDIE model. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality, engaging clinical trainings; partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to identify training needs; measuring training effectiveness; and expanding clinical training offerings. You'll coordinate end-to-end logistics for training events, including virtual platform setup, clinical provider selection, materials preparation, and evaluation metrics tracking. You'll work closely with large enterprise customers to consult on training and programming planning, managing unique account requirements. Success in this role means maintaining an average feedback rating of 4.5/5 or higher for live events, optimizing operational efficiency for customer needs, and developing deep relationships with your dedicated customer to ensure highly tailored training experiences. Required qualifications include an unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent). You must have a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience with at least 1 year of post-licensure experience. Instructional design and content development experience is required. You should have a proven background in corporate training or public speaking, with strong knowledge of adult learning principles, virtual engagement techniques, and training evaluation methods. Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, and alternative event/webinar platforms is essential, along with exceptional verbal and written professional communication skills.
