Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 / annual

The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, is a non-invasive cardiac test that provides 3D models of coronary arteries to help clinicians assess blood flow blockages. Used by over 500,000 patients globally and cleared in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, HeartFlow is transforming precision heart care. The Clinical Field Specialist, CT will optimize customer imaging programs and workflows by ensuring proper implementation and use of HeartFlow products. This role combines technical expertise with customer success, requiring travel to customer sites (up to 80%) to deliver training and build relationships with technologists, radiologists, cardiologists, and other clinical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: assessing customer lifecycle and coronary CT program optimization; identifying improvement areas and recommending enhancements during onboarding; conducting virtual and live training sessions using various delivery methods; establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders; maintaining accurate customer records and documentation in HeartFlow systems; capturing customer feedback and participating in clinical discussions; staying current with CT and workstation technology innovations; and proactively building plans to optimize customer performance. The ideal candidate brings expert-level knowledge of cardiac CT imaging, with a minimum of 3 years of cardiac CTA experience and active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certification in Radiology. Teaching and industry experience are highly desirable. Strong communication skills and a demonstrated track record of building relationships are essential. An Associate degree in radiology or related field is required; Bachelor's degree preferred. This is a remote position with significant travel requirements and periodic on-call responsibilities. The role offers a competitive base salary of $90,000–$125,000 annually, plus eligibility for discretionary commission-based earnings.
