Salary: USD 100,000 - 180,000 / annual
Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its novel point-of-care EEG platform. The Ceribell System is designed for acute care settings and is already deployed across hundreds of community hospitals, academic facilities, and major health systems nationwide.
As a Clinical Account Manager, you will drive new hospital launches and organic growth of the installed base while providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff. This is a field-based role covering the Southeast Pennsylvania region (Reading, Lancaster, Lebanon, Philadelphia) with 60% travel (approximately 3 days per week).
Key responsibilities include:
**Growth & Account Development:** Expand Ceribell usage within existing customer hospitals, launch the platform at new sites in partnership with the Territory Manager, introduce new products and technologies, build clinical champions using hospital data, develop qualified lead funnels through formal presentations and peer-to-peer education, and manage departmental expansions and upgrades.
**Clinical Training & Education:** Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and clinical staff on proper usage of Ceribell products. Become a clinical expert in use cases and relevant patient populations. Troubleshoot workflow solutions, partner with clinicians to establish seizure-risk protocols, and lead clinical teams through comprehensive training sessions.
**Operations & Compliance:** Submit required reports and training documentation, manage administrative tasks in Salesforce, ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies, and work cross-functionally with the Territory Manager and broader field team.
You should have 3–5 years of recent critical care sales experience, or 5+ years in medical device/pharma sales, or be an RN with industry experience supporting sales teams. You are an excellent communicator and relationship builder with strong problem-solving skills, strategic prioritization, and the ability to understand diverse stakeholder needs. You are confident, driven, coachable, and possess high integrity. Bonus experience includes startup/disruptive technology exposure, medical device background, neuro ICU clinical experience, or additional sales expertise.
