Salary: USD 100,000 - 180,000 / annual

Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its novel point-of-care EEG platform. The Ceribell System is a rapid seizure detection technology deployed across hundreds of community hospitals, academic facilities, and major integrated delivery networks nationwide. The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) drives new hospital launches and organic growth of the existing install base while providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff. This role requires 60% travel (3 days per week) covering Reading, Lancaster, Lebanon, and Philadelphia, PA. Key responsibilities include: **Driving New and Organic Growth:** - Expand Ceribell usage to additional acute and critical care centers within existing customer accounts - Partner with the Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new customer sites - Introduce new products and technologies to existing customers - Build clinical advocacy and identify champions within facilities using hospital data - Develop qualified lead funnels through formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, and physician training - Manage upgrades and departmental expansion in existing accounts - Apply strong project management skills to support new account launches **Clinical Training and Education:** - Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on clinical merits and proper usage of Ceribell products - Develop expertise in use cases and relevant patient populations - Troubleshoot workflow solutions for departments - Partner with clinicians to identify and establish protocols for at-risk seizure patients - Lead clinical teams through training sessions on workflow and applications **Reporting and Administration:** - Submit required reports and training documentation on schedule - Manage administrative tasks using Salesforce - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies - Work cross-functionally to ensure successful product deployment - Collaborate effectively with the regional Territory Manager Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of recent critical care sales experience, 5+ years of medical device or pharma sales experience, or nursing background with industry experience supporting sales teams. Essential traits include excellent communication, relationship-building, creative problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and strategic prioritization. The role requires confidence to challenge the status quo, influence through consensus, and coachability. Bonus experience includes startup exposure, disruptive technology, medical device background, neuro ICU clinical experience, or sales expertise.
