Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its novel point-of-care EEG platform. The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for launching new hospitals and driving organic growth of the installed base while providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff.
Key responsibilities include expanding Ceribell usage across acute and critical care centers within existing customer accounts, working with Territory Managers to launch at new sites, and driving new product introductions. You will build advocacy and champions within facilities using hospital data, develop qualified lead funnels through formal presentations and peer-to-peer education, and manage upgrades and departmental expansions. Strong project management skills are essential for supporting new account launches.
Clinical training and education are core to the role. You will educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on the clinical merits and proper usage of Ceribell products, becoming a clinical expert in use cases and relevant patient populations. You'll troubleshoot workflow solutions, partner with clinicians to establish seizure-risk protocols, and lead clinical teams through training sessions.
Administrative responsibilities include submitting required reports and training documentation, managing Salesforce for administrative tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working cross-functionally to ensure successful product deployment. You'll operate as part of a field-based team with strong partnership with your regional Territory Manager.
The role requires 60% travel (approximately 3 days per week) and must be based within the San Francisco region with no remote work options.
