Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its novel point-of-care EEG platform. The Ceribell System is deployed across hundreds of community hospitals, academic facilities, and major integrated delivery networks nationwide, enabling rapid seizure detection in acute care settings. The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) drives new hospital launches and organic growth of the installed base while providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff. This role requires 60% travel (approximately 3 days per week) and must be based in the San Antonio region with no remote work. Key responsibilities include expanding Ceribell usage across additional acute and critical care centers within existing customer accounts, collaborating with the Territory Manager to launch at new sites, and introducing new products and technologies to current customers. The CAM builds clinical advocacy and champions within facilities using hospital data to validate and drive interest, develops qualified lead funnels through formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, and physician training programs, and manages upgrades and departmental expansions in the existing install base. Clinical training and education are core to the role. The CAM educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on the clinical merits and proper usage of Ceribell products, becoming a clinical expert in use cases and relevant patient populations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting workflow solutions, partnering with clinicians to establish seizure-risk protocols, and leading clinical teams through training sessions on workflow and applications. Administrative duties include submitting required reports and training documentation, managing Salesforce.com for administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and working cross-functionally to support successful product deployment at customer locations. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience, or 5+ years in medical device or pharma sales, or is an RN with industry experience supporting sales teams. Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. The candidate must accurately assess stakeholder needs, manage cross-functional agendas, and adjust strategy to achieve desired outcomes.
