Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its novel point-of-care EEG platform. The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for launching new hospitals and driving organic growth of the install base while providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff. Key responsibilities include expanding Ceribell usage across acute and critical care centers within existing customer bases, working with Territory Managers to launch at new sites, and driving new product introductions. You'll build advocacy and champions within facilities using hospital data, develop qualified lead funnels through formal presentations and peer-to-peer education, and manage upgrades and departmental expansions. Strong project management skills are essential for supporting new account launches. Clinical training and education are core to the role. You'll educate physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on product merits and proper clinical usage, becoming a clinical expert in Ceribell use cases and relevant patient populations. You'll troubleshoot workflow solutions, partner with clinicians to establish seizure-risk protocols, and lead clinical teams through training sessions. Administrative responsibilities include submitting required reports and training documentation, managing Salesforce.com tasks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and working cross-functionally to ensure successful product deployment. This is a field-based role requiring 60% travel (3 days per week) within the New Mexico/West Texas region. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience, 5+ years of medical device or pharma sales experience, or is an RN with industry experience supporting sales teams. You should be an excellent communicator and relationship builder with strong problem-solving skills, strategic prioritization abilities, and the capacity to understand diverse stakeholder needs and adjust strategy accordingly.
