Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its novel point-of-care EEG platform. The Ceribell System is a rapid seizure detection technology deployed across hundreds of community hospitals, academic facilities, and integrated delivery networks nationwide. The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) drives new hospital launches and organic growth of the installed base while providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff. This role requires 60% travel (3 days per week) across a territory spanning Cleveland, OH through Erie, PA, up to Buffalo, NY. Key responsibilities include: **Driving New and Organic Growth:** - Expand Ceribell usage to additional acute and critical care centers within existing customer accounts - Partner with the Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new customer sites - Drive new product and technology introductions for existing customers - Build advocacy and champions within facilities using hospital data to validate and generate interest - Develop qualified lead funnels within the existing install base through formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, physician training, and education initiatives - Manage upgrades and departmental expansions in existing accounts - Apply strong project management skills to support new account launches **Clinical Training and Education:** - Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on the clinical merits and proper usage of Ceribell products - Become a clinical expert in Ceribell use cases and relevant patient populations - Troubleshoot workflow solutions for departments as needed - Partner with clinicians to identify and establish protocols for at-risk patients - Lead clinical teams through training sessions on workflow and applications **Reporting and Administration:** - Submit required reports and training documentation on schedule - Manage administrative tasks using Salesforce - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies - Work cross-functionally to ensure successful product deployment at customer locations - Collaborate effectively within the field-based team and with the regional Territory Manager Required qualifications: 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience, OR 5 years of medical device/pharma sales experience, OR RN background with industry experience supporting sales teams. Must be an excellent communicator, relationship builder, creative problem solver, highly organized, and able to prioritize strategically. Must be able to assess and understand diverse stakeholder needs.
