Vetcove is modernizing the $50B+ animal health industry with a suite of platforms including a procurement marketplace, ecommerce platform, and practice management system used by 25,000+ veterinary hospitals across all 50 states. As Clinic Growth Manager, you'll design and execute programs that keep thousands of veterinary clinics engaged, growing, and extracting maximum value from Vetcove's platform. You'll think strategically about scalable programs—not just one-off conversations—using data, content, and community to move thousands of clinics simultaneously. Key responsibilities include: - Design and manage clinic community programs: newsletters, referral initiatives, peer spotlights, and online engagement - Develop and run clinic-focused seminars and educational webinars on platform best practices, workflows, and updates - Create best practice playbooks, how-to guides, and self-serve resources - Analyze usage trends, sales patterns, and engagement data to identify underperforming clinics and build re-engagement strategies - Monitor platform health metrics to flag at-risk accounts before churn occurs - Act as a feedback loop between clinics and the product team, advocating for clinic needs - Build and maintain dashboards tracking clinic health, engagement, and growth metrics using AI tools and data partnerships - Prepare data-driven business reviews for internal stakeholders You'll need a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in community engagement, growth marketing, customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in SaaS/tech. You should have a track record of driving measurable growth across large customer bases, comfort with data analysis and trend identification, and experience building community programs or customer education initiatives. Strong communication skills across seminars, 1:1s, and written content are essential. You'll manage multiple programs simultaneously while remaining flexible to shift between program-level strategy and direct clinic conversations. Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or life sciences is a plus but not required. Vetcove is backed by Y Combinator and top venture investors. The role is 100% remote within the USA with comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k contributions, equity, and an open vacation policy.
