Salary: USD 80,000 - 140,000 / annual
Vetcove is modernizing the $50B+ animal health industry with a suite of platforms including a procurement marketplace, ecommerce platform, and practice management system used by 25,000+ veterinary hospitals across all 50 states.
As Clinic Growth Manager, you'll design and execute programs that keep thousands of veterinary clinics engaged, growing, and extracting maximum value from Vetcove's platform. You'll think systemically—using data, content, and community to move clinics at scale rather than relying on one-off conversations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and manage clinic community programs (newsletters, referral programs, peer spotlights, online engagement)
- Develop and run clinic-focused seminars and educational webinars on platform best practices, workflows, and updates
- Create best practice playbooks, how-to guides, and self-serve resources
- Analyze usage trends, sales patterns, and engagement to identify underperforming clinics and build re-engagement plans
- Monitor platform health metrics to flag at-risk accounts before churn occurs
- Act as feedback loop between clinics and product team
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking clinic health, engagement, and growth metrics using AI tools and data partnerships
- Prepare data-driven business reviews for internal stakeholders
You'll need 3–5 years in community engagement, growth marketing, customer success, account management, or client-facing roles (ideally SaaS/tech). You should have a track record of driving measurable growth across large customer bases, comfort with data analysis and trend spotting, and experience building community programs or customer education initiatives. Strong communication skills across seminars, 1:1s, and written content are essential. You'll manage multiple programs simultaneously while remaining flexible to shift between program-level strategy and direct clinic conversations. Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or life sciences is a plus but not required. Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, customer health scoring, or high-growth startups is nice to have.
