As a Client Value Partner (CVP) for Insurance and Service Industries, you will be the accountable lead for customer success with Celonis' most strategic accounts. You will spearhead data-driven business transformation initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and defining long-term vision for how customers leverage Celonis to transform their operations.
In this role, you will lead extensive teams of Celonis experts to ensure customer satisfaction and accelerate platform adoption. You'll engage with executive stakeholders to collaboratively shape transformation strategies, mobilize cross-functional Celonis resources, and drive measurable business impact across multiple processes and industries. You will champion transformational initiatives, fostering innovation and strategic change to maximize customer value and guide accounts toward becoming Lighthouse Celonis customers.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing executive relationships, driving profitable growth, and combining industry expertise with strong analytical and consulting capabilities. You will blend deep customer understanding with the ability to mobilize internal teams, translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes, and navigate strategic account dynamics.
