Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, is seeking a Client Value Partner to serve as the strategic and technical advisor for one of their largest enterprise accounts. This is a hybrid role combining deep technical expertise with executive advisory capabilities.
As the single-threaded lead for this account, you will orchestrate internal teams, guide the customer's technical strategy, and ensure the Celonis platform serves as the secure, intelligent core of their business transformation. You will act as the trusted advisor to CIOs and CFOs, translating complex technical designs into strategic business outcomes and measurable ROI.
Key responsibilities include: providing executive advisory on business transformation initiatives; architecting high-performance, near real-time data ingestion strategies (streaming APIs, Kafka, micro-batching); designing secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions using the Celonis Process Knowledge Graph with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and strict data governance; and mobilizing multidisciplinary teams of Applied AI engineers and Data Scientists to clear technical blockers.
You bring principal-level experience in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, or Technical Account Management. You have strong conceptual and architectural understanding of modern data pipelines, solid grasp of secure enterprise GenAI deployment, and conceptual understanding of the modern enterprise stack (SAP, Databricks, etc.). Exceptional executive presence and ability to untangle complex technical challenges for non-technical audiences is essential. Strong German language proficiency is required. Deep domain expertise in Retail is preferred.
