Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company. The Client Value Partner (CVP) role is a strategic position within the Value Engineering team, accountable for driving customer success and satisfaction with Celonis' most strategic accounts. As CVP, you will serve as the trusted advisor and accountable lead for a strategic customer's entire value journey with Celonis. You will engage directly with C-level executives to collaboratively define long-term vision for business transformation using Celonis' AI-driven platform. You will lead extensive cross-functional teams of Celonis experts—spanning Servicing, Product, and Engineering—to ensure measurable business impact and accelerate platform adoption. Key responsibilities include: developing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level stakeholders; ensuring engagements are properly resourced across global teams; mentoring customers on organizational design and Centers of Excellence maturation; mentoring and coaching team members; driving end-to-end customer value realization; resolving escalations efficiently; establishing program roadmaps and value plans aligned with customer strategy; organizing and leading customer advisory boards; acting as the voice of the customer internally; driving customer advocacy and thought leadership at industry events; and contributing to playbooks and resources for the broader value engineering team. You will champion transformational initiatives across both Celonis and customer accounts, fostering innovation and strategic change to maximize value. The role requires blending industry expertise with strong analytical and consulting skills to guide customers toward becoming Lighthouse Celonis customers. Required qualifications: minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related industry experience (MBA strongly preferred); proven track record driving measurable results through large-scale transformation programs; deep exposure to change management practices; ability to navigate large global organizations; experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
