As Client Support Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for partner relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experience delivery. You will leverage data analytics to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities with partners, then collaboratively develop and implement solutions. Your responsibilities include conducting partner audits, managing pipeline metrics, and ensuring both customer expectations and GoodLeap standards are consistently met.
The role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution. You'll work cross-functionally to understand partner pain points, translate them into actionable insights, and drive operational improvements. Success in this position means becoming a trusted advisor to partners—someone who understands their business challenges and helps them grow while maintaining GoodLeap's service standards.
You will manage relationships with multiple partners simultaneously, balancing proactive outreach with reactive support. Data-driven decision-making is central to the role; you'll use analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and recommend optimizations. Partner audits will involve assessing compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
