As a Client Success Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for physicians, labs, hospitals, patients, and internal teams. You will respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries via phone, email, or web, delivering an excellent customer experience by addressing questions about tests, services, billing, and order status with empathy, accuracy, and clear communication.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with Sales and clients to resolve missing or incomplete data to ensure smooth ordering and timely test result delivery. You will maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all communications, actions, and follow-ups. You will research and resolve escalated issues, identify root causes, and communicate outcomes clearly to both customers and internal stakeholders. You will stay knowledgeable about Ataraxis oncology tests, including sample requirements, workflows, and documentation needs, and support process improvements and special projects that enhance efficiency, quality, or customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience
- 1-2+ years of client-facing or customer support experience, ideally within diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and general data management or CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging for physicians, patients, and internal teams
- Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with sound judgment and attention to detail
- Works effectively in cross-functional teams, maintaining professionalism and positive attitude under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities and operational demands
