The Client Success Partner role manages a portfolio of Core Accounts (Segment C) and drives client retention and adoption through scalable engagement strategies. This position is ideal for motivated, detail-oriented professionals looking to develop foundational client success skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of Core Accounts using standardized engagement campaigns
- Monitoring account health and responding promptly to support inquiries
- Executing adoption campaigns and proactive check-ins to maintain client satisfaction
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities through standardized programs
- Promoting additional SpotOn solutions to increase adoption
- Partnering with Product, Implementation, and Support teams to deliver consistent client experiences
- Escalating complex issues to senior CSPs when appropriate
- Maintaining accurate account records and engagement metrics using dashboards and reporting tools
Required qualifications:
- 1+ year of professional experience in customer success or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage high-volume client accounts effectively
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HUB, Tableau, and Metabase
- Understanding of adoption campaigns and low-touch engagement strategies
- Ability to follow standardized processes and operational procedures
Experience in fintech or SaaS environments is preferred.
