Hinge Health is seeking a Client Success Manager to own day-to-day relationships with a high-volume portfolio of emerging small business (SMB) accounts, ensuring clients maximize value from Hinge Health's musculoskeletal (MSK) digital health programs. You'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, driving adoption, reporting on program outcomes, managing escalations, expanding product offerings, and securing renewals.
In your first three months, you'll build strong relationships with 150+ SMB clients, developing deep understanding of their goals, enrollment strategies, and success metrics. You'll become an expert in Hinge Health's MSK solutions and client-facing resources to confidently advise on best practices.
Within six months, you'll drive revenue by securing enrollment communication campaigns to achieve annual enrollment goals, own regular reporting and data storytelling to turn program metrics into actionable insights, and proactively manage escalations by coordinating with Operations, Product, Clinical, and Support teams.
Long-term, you'll deliver high retention and satisfaction (9/10+ NPS), turn clients into advocates for references and testimonials, drive product expansion by ensuring clients offer Hinge Health's full MSK suite, and contribute to team best practices for managing SMB books at scale.
This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with Growth, Sales, Data, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Clinical teams. You'll balance client needs with internal resources to drive retention, satisfaction, and program impact as the company scales.
Required: 2+ years SMB account management experience owning ~150+ accounts with measurable results; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships at scale while meeting adoption, retention, and satisfaction targets.
Preferred: experience at high-growth or startup companies; understanding of employee benefits, digital health, or healthcare ecosystem; strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency; cross-functional partnership experience; track record of turning customers into advocates.
