SeatGeek is modernizing the ticketing industry by simplifying how fans access live events. As a Client Success Manager, you'll be a strategic partner to sports and entertainment clients, helping them unlock value, grow their business, and drive revenue through SeatGeek's platform. You'll manage a portfolio of complex accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and key decision-makers. Your responsibilities include aligning SeatGeek's technology with client business goals, identifying opportunities for product adoption and commercial improvement, and leading business reviews that support renewals and client success. You'll analyze product usage, sales, and financial data using tools like Looker and Excel to guide strategic decisions and inform internal roadmaps. Key responsibilities: Build long-term relationships with clients across all organizational levels; deliver insights through data analysis and business reviews; manage daily communication and resolve issues; travel to client events (25-30% of time) to support engagement; quarterback internal cross-functional projects; and contribute to scaling client success operations. You'll need 4+ years in a client-facing role (customer success, account management, consulting, or partnerships) in SaaS, tech, or entertainment. Experience in sports or ticketing is a plus. You should have a track record of driving measurable client outcomes and revenue results, comfort presenting to leadership, deep understanding of commercial and financial P&L impacts, and strong data literacy. Problem-solving, initiative-taking, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. The role offers exposure to iconic sports teams and live event brands, meaningful work with commercial impact focus, collaboration with peers and leadership, and a transparent, bold company culture. Flexible work environment allows in-office or fully remote work.
